About
Sofia Negri keeps things moving, whether they are animated frames, skateboard wheels or
dancing feet.
After getting her BA in Animation from Middlesex University in 2020, she is a freelance
animator in London, and has recently juggled with jobs for the BFI, Amnesty International
and Save The Children.
She’s directed, animated and produced The Skatebook, an independent animated documentary which got her the Emerging Filmmaker Prize from the Roundhouse and the Wiggin Foundation.
She's currently working on a new film after participating to ANIDOX in summer 2023.
